Technical FAQ
We state that our CNC machining and CNC turning services can achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.001 mm. Actual tolerance depends on the material, part geometry, dimensions, production process, and inspection requirements. We confirm the achievable tolerance after reviewing your drawings.
We use precision inspection equipment, including CMMs, video or vision measurement systems, and surface roughness testers. Our inspection process covers key production stages from drawing review and machining to final inspection. For elevator parts, we state that 100% inspection is carried out. Die-cast parts may also be measured by CMM after trimming and deburring.
We currently have practical manufacturing experience with aluminum, copper, and iron-based materials. Material suitability depends on the design, tolerance, surface finish, quantity, and selected process. Stainless steel, carbon fiber, and other materials should be confirmed with our engineering team before quotation.
Yes. We can review 2D drawings, 3D CAD files, material requirements, estimated quantities, tolerances, surface finishes, and delivery expectations. We provide process suggestions and customized manufacturing solutions based on the specific part requirements.
We can support prototype development, sample production, small-batch orders, and repeat production according to our available equipment and production schedule. The exact lead time and monthly capacity are confirmed after reviewing the part design, quantity, and technical requirements.
